We believe The Well-Kept Garden will make you a more confident gardener. If it doesn't — for any reason — we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Eligibility

Physical books must be returned in reasonable condition.
Digital purchases (ebooks) are refundable within 14 days if no more than 20% of content has been accessed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@gardenreads.site with your order number and reason. We'll send a return label and process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Exceptions

Sale items, promotional bundles, and signed editions are final sale unless defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns showing excessive wear.
